Biographical Notes
  • Architect, designer, astronomer and geometer.
  • Wren designed more the fifty churches in London , including St Paul's Cathedral as well as many secular buildings.
  • Founder of the Royal Society and its president from 1680 to 1682.

    At Gresham College, 12 men, including Christopher Wren, Robert Boyle, John Wilkins, and Sir Robert Moray decide to found what is later known as the Royal Society.
